The time has finally come and our doors at Banstead Health Hub are now open! It’s felt like a long time coming and a lot of blood, sweat and tears has gone into getting here but we did it!
We are an osteopathy and wellness clinic in Nork, Banstead, run by osteopaths Lydia and Anna offering osteopathy, sports massage, dry needling and kinesiology taping.
Lydia is a local girl having grown up down the road in Kingswood and going to school in Ashtead. She has been a practising osteopathy for 11 years in various clinics around Surrey. A keen sports woman Lydia has played a lot of hockey and tennis over the years and is now a keen amateur triathlete.
Anna is originally from Germany and moved to the UK nearly 8 years ago. She also likes to keep herself fit and is a qualified body pump and body combat instructor. She has worked for years in early years childcare and teaching and qualified as an osteopath this year with a first class MOst degree after 4 years training.
We both have a passion for helping people and really care about our patients. We work with our patients to develop an effective treatment plan including hands on treatment, lifestyle advice and a series of rehabilitation exercises to get you back to you (and staying that way) as quickly as possible!
